All staff were hospitable and you can approach them anytime . The sorroundings are not noisy. I feel at home during our stay.

Staff were pleasant

The fact that I could use my debit and not a credit card to pay for my room.

Liked that they were able to set me up with a room close to the lobby on the first floor as my mobility is not good. Liked that it was very close to family that i was visiting.
